Petition to file class action lawsuit against Elio Motors

Over 10 year scam.. took $$$ NOTHING! Gotta be a crime!

I provided Elio Motors a $1,000 deposit for their new car of the time and have never received anything in return... I want my money back and with interest if possible.

I’m invested a thousand dollars for a vehicle, I never saw .. I went all in and called thousands of times requesting a refund and all I ever got was some type of mob type voice on the line saying basically you got had. John and his boys actually had a meeting in Shreveport LA where it was over heard , ‘he would never build a vehicle at the old GM plant that was left vacant and stated a car never would be built from that day forward knew I would never see a dime and desperately tried warring people. He actually made a sales add in the same plant. He knew he was not going build a single vehicle. He still some how got on, went through the stock market , defrauded thousands more and has basically gotten stinking rich off of poor or middle class lower income people. Yes, I got had . My credit card was charged 1000. for a tee shirt that was moth eaten. I actually tried to contact a customer who had bought probably 12k to 20k in vehicle orders , the poor Bastard got had too. He did call my home and he wouldn’t even think of him (John Elio). not building a single vehicle with his investment.. at that time he had been ripping people off for all most three years . I myself probably had called around twelve times and it finally sat in my money was gone with John’s little red three wheel scam.

I am seeking my deposit for an Elio. Please advise.

All in since July 2014 and all I got so far for my money are 475 worthless blog posts filled with lies.

I was among the first 1000 to buy into this program and waited patiently to no avail. I regret that Elio failed in this venture as it would have been a good step forward for people unable to fund the price of most cars today

Placed my "order" for an elio in 2014 and received a message that the # for my spot in Line was in the 4000s and I got a t-shirt. However, that was nine years ago and I have not heard anything about my "deposit" since. I also purchased elio stock.
