This was a scam. They had millions from us, never built a factory, only had a handful of employees, but where did all the money go?
Give it back or go to jail.

I put up $100 in 2017 and at that time that was a lot of money to me. I did it in good faith and now knowing that there was never any plan to further the dream of the ELIO car makes me angry. Please add me to the petition asking for my original investment AND interest for the last 9.5 years. Shame on them!!!!

I feel Bamboozled they took my money they know they wasn't going to produce the car after 2 years of waiting now I'm looking at what 13 years now and just ran off with my money

Elio Motors failed to provide a product after taking Hundreds of millions and then walked away with everything when several companies have similar models that are fully electric for under 6k like this

This is insanely corrupt! I paid $1,000 for my reservation over 11 years ago! They say the company is broke and the stock is a penny! We still haven’t seen a produced gas OR electric car. This broken promise to so many reservation holders need to be rectified!

I paid to “All in “ down payments for $1,000 each for two cars. How can Paul Elio still be working and making money after taking everybody’s down payments. His wages and profits from current job should be garnished to pay us all back by the IRS.
