The I-10 is much older and in worst shape than the I-210 bridge. Logic would dictate that the I-10 bridge is replaced first.

Is it the bean counters and the committees greed that are slowing the process, putting wants over need ? Are they waiting for a tragedy to force their hand to rectify the fact based looming safety issues ? Don't wait until our loved ones Die ! REPLACE THE BRIDGE! !!!

Too many unnecessary tragedies have occurred on this bridge. It has served it's purpose, times have changed and it has not. It's time for a new bridge that can meet the demands of the traffic of our growing city.

I'm a Westlake resident & need the use of the I-10 bridge. Please put this roadwork on the fast track for construction without useless delays. Stop studying & start building!

I use this bridge all of the time. I am very scared for my safety each and every time I cross this old bridge. Please, let's get a new bridge.

The corrupt idiots at the LA-DOTD aren't going to do anything about this bridge until it's too late and people are DEAD! Then watch how quick they start finger pointing blame everywhere else. I HATE this stupid state DOTD system. EVERYONE that works there should be ashamed to admit they work there. I hope they all are charged with murder WHEN this bridge collapses and kills people.

I am a former resident of Lake Charles for 14 years. The I-10 bridge has been dangerous for decades. Please address this safety hazard.

Have hated crossing this crummy old bridge for years. Now I refuse to cross it. Will use the back roads to by-pass it! Since this bridge is an interstate highway, it should be funded by our federal government. DO SOMETHING before it's too late!!!!

This bridge has been in terrible shape for way too long. Now it is completely insufficient to handle the traffic loads and that is unacceptable for a major U.S. highway that is supposed to provided not only a safe day-to-day route, but also as an emergency escape route for those fleeing hurricanes. DO SOMETHING!!!

Absolute idiots at ladotd. Not a damn thibg wrong with210 that cant wait. I 10 should have been replaced 20 years ago. It was never intended to be a interstate bridge. It was a us hwy bridge. No shoulders. Too high too dangerous
