I just drove over this bridge on May 14, 2016. I was so scared. Even the iron structure is/has rust holes everywhere. Please, people stop using this bridge. Go around to I210 it might save your life..

This needs to be addressed BEFORE it collapses! It hasn't passed inspection in years. This needs to be a top priority!!!

I avoid this bridge at all cost since reading about this bridge last year. To think in Louisiana No lives matter. It is a travesty that our state has taken upon itself to let a ticking time boom just sit and tick away. I can only pray our family is not on one of these Bridges when the unthinkable has happenes. Louisiana needs to wake up and demand that these bridges are treated as an emergency and should be at the top of any budget out this year and years to come.

We use this bridge monthly to head into Louisiana and to return back to Te as, The

I live in Baton Rouge, and have family in East Texas that I visit often. The condition of this bridge has me taking what is at least a half-hour detour each time I venture through Lake Charles. A new bridge cannot be postponed.

A new bridge needs to be fast tracked as soon as possible to keep from having this one closed or falling before we have another option. I travel this bridge daily and it's very unsafe.

This bridge is in need of immediate repair and/or replaced....these numbers are way too poor for anyone to feel safe on this bridge!!!

Why would they do that lie and say that it's good.I cross that thing every day with a 76,000 pound box with hazard waste, on me ,and i have 5 young kids ,but ok they better pray nothing happens to me cause with me making this note they better be ducking,,,,

The traffic on I-10 is horrible and with all the new population we're expecting it will be much worse. With the new statistics of less than 1 percent, that bridge is going to be underwater very soon. I would say the I-10 bridge is the most important infrastructure project we could do.
