Concur. We need real neighbors on this board ASAP

They act like we dont exist until its time to collect our checks. Fix this.

Enough is enough. We pay fees and yet get zero say in how things are run around here.

Finally someone is doing something about this. So tired of being ignored by management.

The lack of transparency from L&Y is just ridiculous at this point.

I fully concur with this petition.

L&Y , you guys are failing us daily with HOA necessities.

I would add that the "exercise room" is maintained and cleaned on a monthly basis, or every other week, along with the bathrooms by the pool, ensuring the doors lock, unlock, and open with ease, and all faucets and toilets are in operating order. Add a changing table in each bathroom as well. Also adding that ALL storm drains throughout the neighborhood are maintained and kept clear of debris, sand, and overgrown foliage. Include cleaning up "common" grounds that nobody owns and tend to become overgrown or trash collects in those areas. Add: The mail kiosks are set on concrete slabs -- extend the slabs to meet with the road and clear out all fire ant nests within a 3 foot radius of kiosks. Add: Regular maintenance of gates to include monthly visits, or every other week, *including after-hours*, to diagnose and repair any issues to include codes not working, the screen on the box being unreadable, gates not opening or closing as they should. Add: Provide an itemized receipt for every service provided to the neighborhood, including the full internet bill, all areas the landscapers allegedly worked, etc. Add: In addition to sharing building plans and who owns which part of the neighborhood, include ALL future plans for development, including providing another playground and pool/meeting space for the increased numbers (or plans to expand current pool, exercise room & meeting area). Add: Ensure stop signs are installed at busier intersections without waiting for residents to email about it. Add: Timely responses to requests for modifications to current homes including sheds, landscaping, expanding driveways, concrete slabs, decks, etc -- having to wait 30 days for the request to "time out" for assumed approval is ridiculous.
