Modernize has an amazing culture, and much of that is because of Suzy. She has worked extremely hard to make our workplace a pleasure to come to every day. This company simply wouldn't be the same without her.

Please sign this petition to DOUBLE her current salary in order to keep her working at Modernize.

The volume of support for this petition has gained significant traction within the organization. This momentum allows me to request a formal meeting with the finance department to discuss salary restructuring options for Suzy.
