We, the undersigned, strongly oppose any plea agreement offered to Bryan Kohberger, the accused in the brutal murders of four University of Idaho students in November 2022.

This case has shaken the nation. The overwhelming evidence, the horrific nature of the crime, and the devastating impact on the victims’ families and the community demand a full trial — not a backroom deal.

Granting a plea bargain in this case would:
• Undermine public confidence in the justice system
• Rob the victims’ families of a complete and transparent trial
• Set a dangerous precedent for handling high-profile violent crimes
