Petition to deny Cathy, Maria, & Concetta Vaccarello's killer early release/parole

I remember that day like it was yesterday. I remember John and I were in the same class and the teacher explaining to us what had happened. I've thought about it throught the years & John and his family have always been in my prayers they still are. I hope and pray you will get the justice you deserve for you and your family for such a horrible senseless tragedy.

I still remember the night when I found out my good friends whole family was taken from him. This guy is a career criminal who should not see the light of day as a free man ever again.

I most humbly urge the powers that be to prevent this killer from ruining any other innocent lives.

Repeat offenders never to be realeased

He should never be let out after the pain and suffering he has caused the family.

The sentence isn't long enough - let alone early parole. Let him serve the whole term.

My Aunt Cathy and cousins Maria and Concetta were taken from this world because of this monster! My Uncle John was hit but survived. He had to live out the remainder of his life without his loving wife and beautiful daughters. Concetta was about to go to school to become a teacher and Maria was going to be a doctor. Abraham who escaped the system over and over until he finally committed murder. That's what it was he murdered my family took away their precious lives. You kill someone you deserve nothing less than life in prison. He took 3 lives that night and ruined my Uncle's for the rest of his life. God forbid he gets out he will do it again and kill another precious life.. Keep this monster in jail and protect our streets from him!

It is time that Mr. Myers receives the unequivocal message that his inexcusable choices are illegal and completely unacceptable. Our thoughts go out to the Vaccarello Family, Friends, and Community of whom have been so deeply impacted by such tragedy.

This man doesn't deserve to live outside of a cell. He is a repeat drunk driver that killed three amazing women while leaving a relatives wedding also nearly killing the son as well. No excuses for his act without a drivers license that was already suspended. He deserves the death penalty.

No Parole.

He belongs in jail for the remainder of his life in order to keep the rest of society safe. He took away EVERYTHING from this family and is where he belongs. If released, he will do this again.

NO PAROLE

His total disregard for his conduct which resulted in the loss of 3 lives is abhorrent and should be punished with the maximum jail sentence. Early perole is not acceptable.

I went to school with Concetta. I remember the pain that was like a kick to the stomach when we found out. Found out about Maria. Found out about Mrs. Vcaccarello. Everything we were looking forward to and were excited about like prom dresses and graduation parties was taken away and replaced by the silence of an empty desk, a locker that would never be touched by her again, and planning to instead attend her wake along with 2 other coffins. I know God teaches us & shows us all mercy, but the sting of May 1, 1994 remains. This man ruined a family. He was aware that he was not allowed to drive. He was aware he had been drinking. He made the choice to enter a vehicle. They did not choose to die. He made that choice for them, all 3 of them. I do not believe that a sentence of only 15 years will suffice. There should be no early release for this man. There should be no parole.
