Given the age of the criminal at the time of the accident and the criminal history it's clear he was given so many chances to right his wrongs. The family can never be replaced nor should his freedom.

Putting Mr. Myers back on the street definitly puts the public at risk. His unlawful behavior is a danger to the community. Please have him serve the full sentence of live imprisonment.
