Concetta and I were in the same class in high school. Her sister Maria was just a year ahead of us. The world lost 3 amazing women the night they were killed. The justice system failed them, this animal never should have been on the streets and able to get his hands on a steering wheel when this happened. Keep him behind bars where he can't ruin more families anymore.
