The system should punish the driver so it instills fear in mind of such sick pychopaths.High time the LAW & ORDER authorities of our country should take quick action and not delay.

Why do we even have to sign a petition? Why are our leaders are only concerened with their votes? Why not fucking care for the country instead of suiting their intentions? SHAME ON INDIA,SHAME ON ITS LEADERS, NOT AT ALL PROUD TO BE AN "INDIAN".

Bail should not be granted in such cases, as the rapist is serious threat to the society at large. Case should be heard quickly and justice provided.
