Ted Vick was arrested for DUI on the night of May 14. This was his second time he has been arrested. A year ago this month, Vick was stopped by Columbia police on the way home from a Five Points bar. He went to jail that night on charges of DUI and having an illegal firearm. (The DUI charge was eventually dropped.) A 21-year-old college woman was in the passenger seat at the time Vick was arrested. The district is located in both Chesterfield & Lancaster Counties. This clearly shows a pattern that the people of SC House District 53 can not over look.
