We as sports persons are held accountable to our actions. This fishery needs to have a slot limit put on it or the quality of the walleyes will continue to delcline. I have been actively fishing the bay for the past 10+ years and have already seen the effects of people keeping the larger walleyes that we need to be in they system to reproduce. I dont keep any walleyes over 22 inches out of this system. WI DNR, please do somthing to protect the future of this sportfishing on the Bay of Green Bay so that the future generations of Sports Anglers can enjoy what we have.

WI Lake Michigan should follow WI Lake Superior limits ....5 fish 15" min with only one over 20". Should of happened years ago.

Would love to see it down to 3 fish with no more than 1 over 25.

This lake is on the decline a slot is a great idea the fishing pressure in the last 5 years has been crazy even a limit of 3 would be a great idea any true fisherman would love to go out and catch 10 to 20 big fish and not worry about keeping their five a 15 to 20 inch slot would be a great idea then one over 28 for a trophy

Should be 3 fish limit 15 inches to 23 one can be over 23. Also guides can not give their limit to their customers. I think also thats very important is to to limit how close you can fish near the dams when the walleyes are spawning. Considering what took place at the depere dam last spring this should be looked at. Marinette is also a circus in spring. The dnr needs to push the fish zone back away from the spawning areas.

A three fish limit per day, this should include guides only allowed 1 daily trip. All fish over 23" returned

Agreed. I would like to see a 3 or 4 fish limit with only one over 20". Similar to what you find in NW Ontario.
