This is so needed. The skateparks and the Interriver Pump track are not the safest places for little ones to be learning to ride their bikes. My 3 year old and I were cursed out by a grown man at the Inter River pump track becasue we were in his way. We need a safe place where the younger ones can learn bike skills.

a park with priority for little kids would be awesome! i face this situation constantly. my bigger kid gets right in there (in the way), my younger hovers on the edge with his scooter and is too timid to launch into the fray.

I created this "petition" (I'd prefer to call it a "collection of signatures") to present to the District of North Vancouver to propose the construction of this park in Upper Lynn Valley. Please sign this petition. It makes so much sense for this neighbourhood for so many reasons, and I really want this proposal to go through.
