Yakub shldnt b hanged government need to understand his.respect.towards them to surrender himself n gave info which was valuable for our country, u cant convict yakub for.his brothers sin.

It's not rarest of the rare cases as it was the circumstances that made him do that no man is a born criminal he was defending his people hence life imprisonment will suffice the ends of justice and that too hanging him till death on his birthday is another wrong message to the people at large
