He should not be deprived of Art 21 of constitution. . Capital punishment is not justice. . Courts should not act hasrh and must show linency in a matter wherein the Accused Yakub memon is ready to abide the terms and conditions of the Honble court if put up on him.. taking a life after 22 years is not justice to human mankind
