As per newspaper reports he had surrendered and wasnt arressted during hiscourse of imprisonment he had provided information related to isi to our govt and had helped coprisoner to complete graduation.

He returned country keeping faith in judiciary n coperated with law. If such a person will be hanged even after spending 22yrs of his life in jail, then who will keep faith in our judiciary system? Plz KEEP JUSTICE ALIVE

He has come from Pakistan to India in 1994 to surrendered, not to be hanged. If this is the law of the Indian government then Law should be same with everyone. First of all hang those culprit who has done the same thing with India
