Death punishment is not good. So many countries is already banned of Death punishment. I think on huminity ground india we also banned on death punishment. What they did. God will give him big punishment. But i am aslo respecting of indian pannel court law

Why he should be hanged when he surrendered himself with his entire family
and jail is to recover the culprit into good human being.
