If a person has surrender himself he should be given some kind of courtesy but yes he has done wrong and should be given punishment for life imprisonment but not Death, a person should be punished to realize his mistake and should not do it again and it would be lesson for others also

I believe, capital punishment byitself should b abolished...every man has the right to reformed..death penalty is very inhuman and against human rights ...Besides death penalty does not deter the crime effectively..
