Why have they done this to a man who chose to return to face trail ? Why have Tiger and Ayub (the absconding brothers and blast masterminds) not come back ? "Because they know they will be punished.''
Most importantly, I believe that Yakub Memon is innocent. He has sworn by his daughter that he has done nothing wrong.

Mr yakub memon is not the man taken part in bomb blast he is involved by department in bomb blast case He should not be hanged

If he get hanged then no body in future will surrender himself towards judiciary; as I think. If accused of assination for former prime minister late sri Rajiv Gandhi get life imprisonment then why not yakub Menon got the same ?

He shouldn't b hanged as every human being has the same right to live even if he's in the prison for life.
Simultaneously he has not done any extraordinary crime like Kasab to make him eligible for death penalty. He's not a cold blooded murderer who cannot be corrected or deterred from repeating such crime. He has already accepted his mistake & willingly returned to sincerely repent.
However I agree that he deserves life imprisonment & he should remain there until his last natural breath.
