याकूब मेमन को फांसी दो और सुरेन्द्र कोली को छोड़ दो ,ये कहाँ का न्याय है ? याकूब मेमन की फांसी की तारीख 30 जुलाई मुकर्रर हो गई , अच्छी बात है , देश की अदालत ने दोषी करार दिया , सारी प्रक्रिया पूरी हुई तो सरेआम फांसी दो , स्वागत योग्य कार्य है । मुझे क्या किसी को आपत्ति नहीं होगी , परन्तु एक दूसरा पहलू भी देखें, निठारी का सुरेंद्र कोली और पंढेर याद है ? नहीं ? वही जो छोटे बच्चों को पंढेर के बंगले में बहला फुसलाकर लाता था उनकी हत्याएं करता था और चीर कर उन बच्चों की कलेजा गुर्दा उबाल उबाल कर मसाले में बना कर खाते थे उनकी फांसी का क्या हुआ ? राष्ट्रपति ने तो दया याचिका भी खारिज कर दी थी ना ? कब चढ़ाया उसे फांसी पर ? ठेंगा चढ़ाया, आतंकवादी भुल्लर का क्या हुआ ? चढ़ा दिया फांसी कि औकात दिखा दी सिख लाबी के सामने उसे सरकारी दामाद बना कर ।राजीव गांधी की हत्यारी नलिनी और 3 फांसी सजा पाए हत्यारों का क्या हुआ ? छोड़ दिया ? नहीं छोड़ा तो छोड़ ही दोगे । अरे उसका क्या हुआ ? 1981 में सिखों द्वारा एयर इंडिया के विमान के पायलट की गर्दन पर कृपाण रख कर हाईजैक करके लाहौर ले जाने वाले खालिस्तानी आतंकवादी गजेंद्र सिंह का क्या हुआ ? छोड़ दिया । उसका क्या हुआ आनन्द मोहन का ? गोपालगंज के डी.एम.जी. कृष्णया हत्याकांड में फांसी की सजा पाए पूर्व सांसद आनंद मोहन का ? दे दी फांसी ? या उम्रकैद में बदल दी गई सजा ? बदल दी ।उसका क्या हुआ ? धर्मपाल का अरे वही सोनीपत वाला जिसने बलात्कार किया गिरफ्तार हुआ फिर जमानत पर आकर उसी परिवार के पांच लोगो की हत्या की । उसकी दया याचिका भी तो राष्ट्रपति ने 2013 में लौटा दिया था । उम्रकैद मे बदल दी सजा । उस घरेलू नौकर ओमप्रकाश का क्या हुआ जिसने देहरादून में अपने मालिक रिटायर्ड ब्रिगेडियर श्याम लाल खन्ना उनकी साली और बेटी की हत्या की और फांसी की सजा सुनाई गई थी ? दे दिया फांसी ? ठेंगा ।रणवीर सेना के पकड़े और फांसी पाए लोगों को दे दी गई फांसी ? बिल्कुल नहीं । आरटीआई के जरिए पूछे गए सवाल के जवाब में मिली जानकारी के अनुसार पूर्व राष्ट्रपति प्रतिभा पाटिल अपने कार्यकाल में 27 लोगों को फांसी से माफी दे चुकी थीं जिनमें एक भी मुस्लिम नहीं हैं । सब छोड़ो उस कर्नल बैसला का क्या हुआ जिसपर राष्ट्रद्रोह का मुकदमा दर्ज हुआ था ? गिरफ्तारी भी हुई या मुकदमा वापस हो गया ? राष्ट्रद्रोह म

We strongly condemn any terrorist activity , but is of the opinion that Yakub is not the accused or involved person , he surrendered with the Faith in the judiciary system and faced the Law and helped the intelligence agencies in probes for the case . If he is punished even if not being the prime accused in the connection of the incident happened in 1993 then what about the criminals and culprits declared by Sri Krishna Commitee for th riots in Mumbai before this incident, What about the culprits of the Babri Masjid demolition case , as Babri incident was the major cause and root cause and mother of all this later incidents ..... So firstly this culprits should b hanged who r the root cause of disturbing communal Harmony of the Indian peaceful environment from then till date . We do love the country and expect peace and communal harmony , but we only demand justice and want that respect and faith of the Indian judiciary System should not b affected with this inhuman Verdict of Mr.Yakub Memon
