I took Applied Conflict Resolution with Andréia in the Fall of 2013. We also went on the American University trip to Israel as part of AU's Alternative Break. Andréia has been an outstanding ambassador for American University and continues to raise the profile of the graduate student body with her tremendous internship opportunity with the UNHCR. Unbelievable. Why would they wait until 3/4 of the way through the semester to tell her this?
Total mismanagement by the department. Hope you get this sorted out fast!
