The Topeka Pollce Department and the city knows what goes on out there and they refuse to do anything about it but let someone who is trying to fix a house up and get it up to code and they condemn that place and throw them out in a heartbeat. It's all about money folks. As long as people are paying to stay there the city is receiving tax dollars from it so do you really think they will but it down? Not a chance. But they definitely should.
