PETITION FOR AN ALUMNI CHAPTER CHARTER IN PHI ALPHA DELTA LAW FRATERNITY, INTERNATIONAL

We, the undersigned, alumni members of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International residing and/or doing business in or near Upper East Tennessee, respectfully petition the International Executive Board of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International to grant a charter in the name of the Upper East Tennessee Alumni Chapter of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International.

As grounds for this Petition we would show that the geographical area involved does not include Chattanooga or Knoxville, where chapters are previously chartered, and the area where we reside and practice is geographically distinct from either of those two fine chapters.

We agree to be bound by the International Constitution and By-Laws of the Fraternity and the rules and regulations of the International Executive Board as they may be promulgated from time to time.
