We, the people of Asgardia, submit petition to alter the constitution according to the text described in the revised constitution (see link). As a nation of its people and lead by its people, we have the inherent right to change. This includes government and law. This is the first of many petitions to change the constitution to fit the will of the people.
This version corrects some of the problems of the officiel one.
Other possible improvements could rely upon avoiding the absurd heaviness and ceremony of Earth states, toward a form open on the future and not the past, maybe misarchy?

I cannot in good conscience support the Constitution of Asgardia in its current form. There are so many issues. It feels so backwards for Asgardia to be a "Kingdom" and to have a Monarch, who can select a successor based on genealogy.
The minimum age of 40 to stand for parliament or judiciary is far too high, and going to lead to a nation run only by old people. There is a lot of bias in favour of the older aged.

Let's change it. Does Asgardia derive it's power from it's people or it's elites? This petition will tell us so.

Positive changes in my opinion. Not perfect but a step in the right direction from the current.
