This is a petition created in hopes to change one sided often unjust child support laws. Far to long has there been great parents who already support, and are in their Childs life regularly being hurt by these laws. Giving the other parent a huge amount of their income and leaving almost nothing for themselves to live off of. Making one parent support the child twice, in their household and also in the other parents household. This would outline changes for the court to take into consideration the parents living expenses, if they have other children not involved in the case, and if they are in the Childs life, as in have them regularly at their own house and share the parenting role. It would also ask to change the payment method to perhaps a pay card and also that the paying party receives receipts monthly for every transaction made. This would ensure all money is used on the child, not on the parents wishes and wants. If you have been hurt or know someone who has been by these laws please sign this petition.
