The glorious identity management system, AIM, aka Andrew's Identity Manager was created in the early 21st century, and has risen to be a global leader in both problems, and ticket generation.

As Andrew has moved onto bigger, and possibly better things, AIM is now managed by Owen Van Valkenburg, it no longer makes sense to call it AIM.

I suggest we rename AIM to OIM (Owen's Identity Manager) and as he loves the product so much, it would make sense to make his support permanent and for all time.
