his sentence still hasn't been carried out. I saws the video. The cop was screaming in agony for him to stop. When he was arrested, Andrew Brannan was asked why he did it. He said "because he let me". Kill this man. Let justice be done.

Watch the video--it speaks for itself! Put yourself or someone you care about in this overtly good- hearted officer's "shoes". War veteran or not and whether you're partial to peace officers or not--there's NO justifiable excuse for what this piece of scum decided to carry out.

This took place in 1998, The Deputy's own dashcam recorded the whole incident, . You can hear the Suspect Andrew Brannan Say "Die Fucker" as he shoots an incapacitated Deputy Dinkheller, whom is lying on the ground and points the rifle at the deputy's head and fires a.30 caliber round into the Deputy's head. The suspect Brannan has been found guilty and he has not been successful at appeals. The guilty verdict and the the death sentence have been upheld several times. It is time to carry out his sentence.

Lethal injection is too gentle for this beast. A long drawn-out hanging would be much more suitable.
