We, the concerned students of A&T, have started this petition to ask that, if administration feels the need to cancel ALL the student programs of Aggie Fest for safety reasons, that the football game also be cancelled. It is just as much a safety risk as any of the student organization programs, but it seems as if because it is going to make the university "more money" it is being allowed to stand. If safety is truly the university's concern, then the game should also be cancelled. We have reached out to administration with no answer yet, so this petition is to show the solidarity among the student body on this matter. Please immediately cancel the football game or we will have to take our protest to next level.
