To the Leaders of the Philippines and the International Community,
We, the undersigned Filipino people, stand united in calling for the fair and just treatment of our former President, Rodrigo Roa Duterte, and for his rightful return home.
President Duterte never sought power for personal ambition, he was forced to run for the presidency by the overwhelming clamor of the people who believed in his leadership. He had no interest in politics beyond serving his fellow Filipinos, and when he decided to run, it was purely to serve the country, just as he had done for decades as the Mayor of Davao City. Under his leadership, Davao became one of the safest cities in the Philippines, proving his dedication to law and order.
He never changed, from being a humble city mayor to becoming the President, he remained the same man. He never pretended to please anyone, never tried to fit into the mold of traditional politicians and always showed his true self to the people. His leadership was tough but sincere, and his love for the country was undeniable.
During his presidency, he remained true to his mission: to fight illegal drugs, criminality, and corruption, despite the challenges and opposition. While the Philippines may not have become economically prosperous under his term, he was a leader we could rely on in times of crisis, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. We are grateful that during one of the most difficult times in history, we had a leader who stood firm and acted decisively to protect the Filipino people.
Now, despite his sacrifices and dedication, he is facing unjust persecution. A man who fought for his country should not be punished for doing what he believed was right.
We, the Filipino people, demand that our government and the international community ensure his fair and just treatment. President Duterte deserves to return home with dignity and without fear of retaliation.

The ICC going after Duterte is pure hypocrisy. He fought to protect the Philippines from drug lords and criminals — meanwhile, war criminals like George W. Bush, who invaded Iraq on lies about WMDs and caused the deaths of millions, are walking free. Where was the ICC then? Silent. This is not justice, it’s a political hit job. Duterte stood up for his people — and now they want to punish him for it? I stand with Duterte. Enough with the selective, Western-biased justice system.
As a Davaoeño, I petition to bring Duterte back home to the Philippines. The Filipino people love him.
I humbly submit my petition to the International Criminal Court (ICC) to free our former president Rodrigo Roa Duterte and bring him back to the Philippines safe and sound. this old man sacrifices his life and term as president of the Philippines for the people. for the safety of his people against criminals and drug abusers. so pls bring him home as soon as possible pls. our former president don't deserve this.
Philippine justice system is robust and the arrest procedure of the ICC was not followed
SEND HIM BACK HOME TO THE PHILIPPINES. WE NEED A MAN LIKE HIM. WE NEED HIM AGAINST WAR ON DRUGS (as me and my kids are almost been a victim) FOR THIS, AND I STAND FOR HIM FPRRD!!!
Rodrigo Duterte is old and sick and not able for making guilty at a court who doesn’t know anything about him. If someone needs to go to jail, Then it’s Putin and the Israel president God bless the best president of the Philippines ever

Former President Rodrigo Roa Duterte is a victim of political persecution under Marcos Administration. Must of the Filipino especially overseas Filipino workers know that former President do only his DUTY to protect the people. Pls release him and bring him home.
