Attention: Mr. Alexander Novozhenov, President of Amber Games Corporation. Dear Mr. Novozhenov: Herewith we are requesting the Amber Games Leadership team to revert their new 3D map design back to the original map design (server New World and other 1100AD servers). We are disappointed that all new and significant game revisions, map design in particular were developed without any consultation with player community, especially those of us who invest money into the game. We are frustrated that these changes have been realized without prior advance notice nor instructions, falling short of the acceptable standards of customer service. New design makes the map monitoring and object recognition extremely difficult and therefore is not only inconvenient, but also hard on eyes, which potentially may cause vision problems. We find the way this change was imposed on players inconsiderate. We strongly believe that either the design has to be reverted back to what it previously was, or that all players have to be given a design option to play on when they log into the game: old or new. Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.
