This petition is a request for Mandan High School to appeal the ruling that Tucker Hammer cannot play sports in his 5th year of highschool. Due to Tucker being on an IEP, there may be a exception to the NDHSAA rules if Mandan High School chooses to appeal the rule.

it just aint right keepin a kid from playin his senior year like that
ridiculous rule. let the kid play his last year.
my brother had an iep and the school supported him all the way he should get to play too
come on mandan fight for this kid
the ndhsaa needs to look at the facts and make an exception here
