HOA members have designated my property special due to the closeness of the pool parking lot and have made undue restrictions on my ability to put in place a shed that conforms to HOA guidelines. The shed is visible over the parking lot’s concrete wall, but only slightly from the pool. The board has define my lot as a Key lot incorrectly and have placed my family in this ordeal.
We, the undersigned, are concerned citizens of the Lakes of Hillcrest Homeowners Association who urge our leaders to act now to allow a resident the same ability afforded to all others in the association.

We went through the same process when we put a shed in and already had the city approval. HOA definitely tries to strong arm residents. I am always amazed when I walk the neighborhood and see weeds, trash and junk in our neighborhood. Yet you follow the guidelines and they want to hammer you.

A new shed would surely look better than the old one that is also visible.

This board is out of control. Picking on one house over a shed is ridiculous when there are real issues like the overgrown landscaping by the entrance.
