Dear BSC board members,

There has been an overwhelming request from bronze parents for coach Jeff Watts to be considered as coach for the silver group. So much so, that many requested a show of solidarity in the form of a signature appeal. We recognize that coach Lindsey has been doing a great job and this is by no means a reflection of her performance as a silver coach but rather a recognition of the outstanding job and passion that coach Watts brings to every practice. He has a unique way of challenging our kids while constantly encouraging them and promoting better technique. We are all at awe at the improvements we’ve seen in our own kids and their teammates thanks to coach Watt’s coaching style and would love to see that commitment transitioned in the silver level.
