We are truely over trained, we are stressed behond measure and they expect soooo much from us but were not getting the same from them, it is truely unfair and frustrating and it seems that they truely don't care about us, to be honest we are the ones that actually carry the company and I don't think they believe that. Everything as been raises on us taxi fair and food( like you can't even go in hilo and buy alot of things,you basically sending alot of money for food that's not even gonna last)this seriously has to change and I. Really hoping that something good will come out of this and not lay on deff ears

better pay happier workers

We the agents were informed that there would no longer be a T2 everyone would be handling they own contact but yet t1 have to be taking T2 calls & technical call & it’s not fair

With this stressful work we do need a raise oh god man look how long ibex paying the flat rate even after time no little increase for longtime agent.

I strong believe that a raise of pay can be done to be honest we deserve it.
