At present within our country, the current economic conditions as well as the continued devaluation of the dollar call for a review of the current base rates of 350 (Tier 1), 412 (Tier 2) and 450 (Concierge). The reasons for an increase of same will be further outlined as follows: The current base rates will not suffice given the fact that basic necessities (food, clothing, shelter, and basic medical expenses etc) as well as the current increase in transportation fares (agents on the account have already been feeling the effects of the increase) has further intensified the need for the base rates to be increased. To add to this the expansion of the roles of the respective tiers calls for an increase as well. The separation of tiers and the differing base rates were under the pretense that each tier had different responsibilities. That is no longer the case, as the roles of Tier 1, Tier 2 and Concierge have essentially become one in the same. Given the reasons outlined, agents have already been affected by the current conditions and at the same time this has contributed to not only a rise in absences on the floor (due to either an inability to consistently pay fare or due to an increase in the difficulty to maintain a standard of living based on the current rate of pay) has contributed to a lack of motivation in performing our respective duties. The implementation of a pay increase will boost productivity significantly and create a decrease in the absences. As stated previously, given the current conditions a need for an adjustment in the respective rates is required.
We, the undersigned, as concerned agents are petitioning, that given the reasons outlined above are requesting for the rates to be increased as such: Tier 1/Tier 2- 450, Concierge- 500.

The reach of this petition has reached a level that warrants immediate escalation to payroll management. I am currently finalizing a formal letter that outlines the specific economic pressures mentioned in the proposal for submission to leadership. Further updates regarding the requested meeting with the board will be provided once a formal response is received.

It is hard enough to find bus fare and pay for food to be at work not to mention bills at home. Prices are rising for everything in the Economy except pay, how will we survive if our expenses are more than our pay? I think a raise is due.
We've been trained to work all tiers and at concierge level but our salary remains the same. I am in T1 yet I've been trained to and are taking T2 and concierge calls. It's only fair my pay increases.
If all agents are technically trained and there is a universal que we should be compensated in that respect . We also have rising bills that we are not able to cover with the same pay rate when everything rising. We are also not been compensated for internet or light bills with working at home. I think this would be a good start to show us that Ibex cares.
We the agents were informed that there would no longer be a T2 everyone would be handling they own contact but yet t1 have to be taking T2 calls & technical call & it’s not fair
I would like to see an increase in our pay as food items as increased dramatically and not of the food we consume are exported and the dollar has slide significantly hence the spending power of our income has lost it value
Give us a chance with a raise thanks in advance
With inflammation and price increases we need a raise, this pandemic has been hand on all of us.

We are truely over trained, we are stressed behond measure and they expect soooo much from us but were not getting the same from them, it is truely unfair and frustrating and it seems that they truely don't care about us, to be honest we are the ones that actually carry the company and I don't think they believe that. Everything as been raises on us taxi fair and food( like you can't even go in hilo and buy alot of things,you basically sending alot of money for food that's not even gonna last)this seriously has to change and I. Really hoping that something good will come out of this and not lay on deff ears
