By signing this petition I agree that there was a discrepancy in the preparation of and information provided for the grading scale of the Standardized Patient Activity. I assert that the lack of a rubric, deviation from the syllabus, and absence of adequate opportunities to receive technical feedback resulted in a grade that does not appropriately reflect my abilities and skills.
