KTU's year back system is an unfair and poorly communicated disaster I'm appalled!! atleast the authorities should've announced about this System earlier without a proper information it is nothing but a disaster.there are lot of students who have less credits you guys should take us seriously we are studying here with fully funded by our families we are not studying here without giving fees i think you need to take that thing in consideration. This system need to be topple down this before it ruins more future of youths.

We kindly urge the university to: Reassess the current year back policy for the 2025–26 academic year. Consider student-friendly reforms in the academic regulation. Allow students with backlogs to continue with their next semester while clearing previous subjects through supplementary exams. We believe that a more flexible and compassionate academic policy would not only support struggling students but also uphold KTU’s reputation as a progressive and inclusive institution. Please remove yearback of s5 semester in 2024 and 2025.We are inconvenience to change from 2019 scheme to 2024 scheme
