This ZIP Code area...south of Carefree highway east of the ice 17 has grown significantly in the last 2-3 years.
Not only do we need a full size fire dept but need more policing in our area south of Carefree highway to Happy Valley Road. What was once a very peaceful area has within the last 15 to 18 months been inundated with criminal activity, car break-ins, cars stolen, etc. Need more police up in this area to combat this criminal activity that will do nothing but rise without it.

I am a RN. Response times for the 85085 area have been as much as 10 minutes. This is very dangerous for many emergencies. What if a child had been taken unresponsive from a pool and help didn't arrive for 10 minutes?
