Keep Lionel and Anel as managers of this theater. Instead of implementing changes in management that clearly works and has built a solid reputation over the years, why not support them with funding and/or other initiatives to maintain the ground and uplift love of the arts with the youth etc.
Careful consideration needs to be taken, as this isn’t just a finanacial decision with all the stakeholders involved.

They have done a fantastic job so far with keeping the arts alive at the theatre. Why stop something that works well and have so much meaning to so many people - artists, guests and so many more. This is not just a job for them, it's a passion!
