"Search and find" quests are really taking too long to complete and some are impossible o to finish

I keep getting error message "unable to load game resources. Please try later" This is very frustrating since I play several times a day and have not been able to get on to play. Please fix.

also why is it that after i set up for items to be in progress then when i go back in a couple of hours the tasks are not working an the people are idle. and it loses hours of production time.

So far whenever I make a purchase of 2.99 I get charged twice. This last time there was a glitch and I lost the gems, the expansion and the progress. Please fix the glitches.

my game runs so damn slow, and i dont know y no issues with other games. all drivers r up to date and adobe is fine to.

after a purchase, the game goes blank. I have to re-enter and wait for it to reload. Waste of time.
