release mikey body to robin this is absorb she has raised him from a child. i knew him personally he would want that done.

Robin Tucker is the only women that took mikey and basically raised him....that is his mother she loved him very very hard like a momma bear and her cub's.... she clothed him,fed him,laughed and cryed with him, and also loved him with everything in her soul......if Mikey was still alive he would say, let my mother Robin Tucker Handle my Funeral that's what he want's... i remember when andy and his mom passed, the only Person that Mikey went to was Robin Tucker... and Robin opened up her arms like a Mother and Said no more Pain honey your My son, and i will always be here for you......all of us is Michael Rush Family Not shanda She Didnt want nothing to do with mikey... now when he's Gone she want's to Act like she wants something to do with him, It's all fake....Robin Tucker is and by far the best mother to her kids and mikey was one of them so Please give Robin Tucker Mikey so she can give him a final resting place where he wants to be, because the person that know's where mikey wants to be buried at is Robin Tucker so please release her son Michael Rush to her so all of us can make sure that he will have a proper Funeral and give him want he wanted PLEASE!!!!! dont Take her son Away from her please dont, she has suffered enough.....RELEASE HER SON Michael Rush TO Robin Tucker SHE'S THE ONE THAT KNOWS WHAT Michael Rush WANTED..........

please let robin tucker my son tommy beach and his brothers help her take care of michael rushs body so he and his son and family/ friends can put him in proper place even if hes viewed and creamated we miss and love him as r own...please dont deny any of us that ,its really sad that people cant let whats supposed to b b..robin robin robin robin robin

This shouldn't even have came this far!!! Robin should have the body so she can give him the proper funeral... She is all that boy had!! I remember when he lost his mother and brother in the same week and Robin stepped right up and took care of Michael just like he was her own!! Michael deserves so much more than to be forgotten about and put back on hold... Let Robin care for him like she has done all these years.

Please, for goodness sake let him go to his Momma! I am his fiancee and this is already so painfull dealing with him being gone but now having to deal with fight over his body to give him the services he wanted and deserves is just making it ten times worse. Shanda is selfish and never cared, she called children services on us just because she was jealous of what we had, those were her words exactly. I just want my son to have a place to visit his Daddy and if Shanda gets him, my son will never have a place to see him or have a part of him. Andrew Alan Rush is his only child and is 15 months old and spent all day everyday with his Daddy while I was at work (8 hours a day, 5 days a week) so this has taken a big toll on my son for Mikey to just all of a sudden not be here. My son, everyone close, and myself's hearts are breaking more and more everyday having to do this. Michael Byrd Rush was an amazing father, son, fiancé, friend, and just all around amazing man and does not deserve to be treated this way! It would have been all said and done if she would have just stuck to releasing him to us like she did in the first place. She didn't care while he was alive and I know she doesn't really care now, she is just trying to be spiteful to everyone who did care. Please let My Mikey be at rest how he wanted to be.

This is just sad, Mikey doesnt deserve this. I don't understand how the state can give Robin Tucker custody of Mikey, but won't give her the right to his body!!!

I didn't know Michael or the family. Please do the right thing and release his body to Robin. Why on earth would Shanda want custody of his body when she didn't step up when Michael needed her the most? This little boy, Andrew should be able to go see his Dad when he wants and needs to. Stop the drama Shanda and let Michael be in his final resting place WHERE HE WOULD WANT TO BE!!! How SELFISH and SICK is it to not follow MICHAEL'S WISHES. Im Michaels cousin basically by marriage...but I was raised with Michael since I was born and blood does not make anyone any closer. I commened Robin for everything she has done fir Michael through the years. She knows what Michael wanted as well as I and his fiance Savannah. I suppoer Robin Tucker 100% to do what is right by Michael.

I dont kbow who it is that has Mikeys body on hold but he definitely wouldnt have wanted any of it. Alot of people are already in enough pain and this is unnecessary. Let him rest.

While I do not know the Rush's or Mrs. Tucker, I have heard how she raised Michael, and I am a firm believer that family is not always a blood relative. If she has in deed taken care of him, and raised him as her own child, please let her lay him to rest, as any son deserves.
