I didn't know Michael or the family. Please do the right thing and release his body to Robin. Why on earth would Shanda want custody of his body when she didn't step up when Michael needed her the most? This little boy, Andrew should be able to go see his Dad when he wants and needs to. Stop the drama Shanda and let Michael be in his final resting place WHERE HE WOULD WANT TO BE!!! How SELFISH and SICK is it to not follow MICHAEL'S WISHES. THINK ABOUT THAT WHEN YOU GO TO SLEEP AT NIGHT. MICHAEL WOULD WANT TO BE WITH HIS MOM AND BROTHER. LET HIM REST IN PEACE. ENOUGH ALREADY. Robin, Roo and Savanah and all of Micahel's friends... I am so sorry for your loss.

I don't know own this man or the situation, but I do know that grudges or bickering about who he is released to isn't helping him at all and I'm sure not what he would want. Do what needs to be done so the man can rest in peace.

This is just sad, Mikey doesnt deserve this. I don't understand how the state can give Robin Tucker custody of Mikey, but won't give her the right to his body!!!
