Help to stop this senseless slaughter that has no scientific basis whatsoever. As adjudged by the governments own scientists even. It is an abomination and makes me ashamed to be of the human species.

Badger culling is inhumane, unscientific and will not reduce TB in cattle.

I agree with the petition because I don't agree with culling it is not proven that badgers are the cause of TB in cattle and believe that we shouldn't be killing them we should protect our wildlife.

450,000 cows are slaughtered every year because of the dairy industry. Less than 10% of these are killed because of TB, which evidence shows is caused by bad husbandry rather than badgers. Please don't allow this cruel and unscientific cull.

the badger culls in Gloucestershire and Somerset have been proved to be a fiasco on all counts. The disruption and animosity within the local communities which the culls caused. Will probably never heal.Long term adverse effects to biodiversity could be permanent. Please continue to keep the Malvern Hills both externally and internally beautiful.

TB is not spread by badgers but by widespread movement of people and animals around the country without due care from infected places. Blaming badgers is like blaming children for spreading coughs and colds when the responsibility lies with those that send them to school when infected. The culling of badgers is a waste of money and resources when the cause lies elsewhere.

I visit the Malverns regularly. Please side with good science and right practice for our UK wildlife and protect badgers on your land. Thank you

The science tells us that killing badgers will not reduce bTB in cattle. Vaccination is effective, cheaper than killing, and humane. It is the only intelligent way forward.

Me, I'm a badger appreciator so I don't appreciate when I see these haters in a heated debate, hating on my fuzzy buddies - these fuddy duddies' behaviour is bloody cruddy.

I was brought up walking the Malverns. They're invaluable and everything to do with them.

So love the Malverns a landmark & special place to visit. Please please use the Badger Vaccine they have already spent money on making for the Badgers & keep the Malverns as they should be. Vaccination is the way to take Badgers away from the circle of a cattle disease bTB. Thank you.

There is no evidence to support claims that this cull would work and this inept government are reluctant to reveal figures from the trials in Glos. and Somerset... Vaccinate, don't discriminate!

Let's not waste time and money on this futile and cruel exercise. We should go full speed ahead with vaccination - now!

Please save this area of outstanding natural beauty from any misguided attempt to control Bovine TB. Badgers are innocent !!!

Indescriminate culling is inhumane, ineffective and even counterproductive. Most bovine TB is transmitted from cattle to cattle so culling badgers is illogical.

Culling is a crude choice based upon agressive preference and unproven science.
