One may not be comfortable to hear about slavery in America, colonization in Africa, genocide in Europe and the rest of the world; but History must be told as is. We cannot omit the "N" word when teaching our kids what slavery or colonization did to our forefathers just to be politically correct. Nothing is derogatory as long as the language is not implied in present term. I say this just to give a perspective for judgment. That is why we have an institution like Morehouse to keep the history of the world, civilization and its people alive and intact and such a distinguished professor like Dr. Larebo.

He should be commended not condemned since what said were correct, as far as I can say. There is nothing divisive, rather unifying calls in what he said.

Professor Haile Larebe is an intellectual who refused to short change truth to please a tribal politicians who are pron to twist history for political end. If there is any bias Professor Hale Larebo has shown in his academic carrier is that being truthfull to himself and his intellectual integrity. Keep on telling the truth, Professor Larebo, cause truth only will make all of us free, Thank you Dr Haile Larebo

The accusations by hate groups of Prof. Haile Larebo is baseless and are totally driven by ethnic politics in it's worst form.

Hatred blinds even to see a vivid logic. The so called professors stated, professor Larebo and other Ethiopians as group of people who are no where to go or claim to be because the others have language, culture, define geographical area. Et cetera, and they are confused of identity. Really!!!? I am really shocked when I hear this from the so called "professors". Are they really intellectuals or is it the behaviour developed from tribalism sentiment? Does tribalism sentiment erod intellectuals' rationality to this extent?
