Economic growth means Lexington has to keep up with the culture. Everything these days is "how we want it, when we want it". Quality Mobile food vendors serve that need.

I have been in the Restaurant business for many years from NYC to Hawaii and many states in between.
I see the Food Trucks as a new age of getting cuisine to the masses. I am wanting to find out more about Lexington Food Truck Culture.

We recently held a competition at our facility, and had two trucks out. That's How We Roll, and Mia Nonni's. Wonderful food, Wonderful people. Lexington as a whole should be proud to have the food truck service.

Lexington is way behind the times. why make it so hard for small business owners to just feed people? let them work.
