We the undersigned petition the Fort Wayne, IN non-profit organization SCAN (Stop Child Abuse Now) to review it's process and procedures in comparison and relation to both the law and legal system specific to the rights of fathers, to ensure that the rights of the father are equal to that of the mother both in law and it's application. Every child needs a dad.
