We the undersigned enrolled Tribal Members of the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde

hereby request that the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde Tribal Council Members call a

special meeting to reconsider the without cause termination of the Tribal General Manager,

Dave Fullerton; And, The undersigned respectfully request the decision to be acted upon by all

Tribal Council Members by an Action To Proceed (ATP) that shall be made available to the

entire membership.
