It seems to me that there's no enforcement regarding traffic rules and regulations. That I agree we need additional traffics aides to monitor and enforce it but of course Sagadanians foremost must obey it. staying near the road, it could really be frustrating always reminding drivers to get their cars off the road. with traffic aides they make sure cars are not parked on the street. a road clean of parked cars gets sagada a real walk town!
