This would be a real shame to lose these courts. I know so many folks that rely on them.

I played for EKU tennis 1977-1980. It’s the indoor tennis center that the OVC talks about. It should be kept as a tennis center and nothing more. I came back to it in 2014 when my son played for SIUE played for SIUE again still EKU. Still the greatest. Please save this facility!

As a former colonel, this place has been my second home for 4 years. I love it. If both tennis teams have to be discontinued, please, at least keep this place for other people who share the same passion than as me : Tennis !

I am a former Colonels and this decision makes absolutely no sense. Please look at the results of both tennis team for the last 10 years and you will see.

Tennis has been an integral part of my life for the past 43 years. I have used the EKU Tennis Center to share my love for this character building game to a new generation of players for the past 17 years. EKU's ability to attract quality students is greatly enhanced by the presence of this facility. As an alumnus of EKU, I would be greatly disappointed were the university to choose to repurpose or close this facility.

The nonsense that EKU comes up with mind-boggling. Spending excessive money to renovate a commuter heavy campus, not to mention spending more money to destroy a perfectly good tennis center. Keep the tennis center as it is, and stop wasting money!

My dad was raised in Richmond and went to EKU. Then, Eastern was a part of the community. Professors and administrators were friends, fellow churchgoers, neighbors. EKU needs to remember its roots and be a good neighbor.
